THE CRIME

Martin Stephen Shannon-Smith, international president of the Stupid Motorcycle Club, is wanted for his alleged involvement in violent racketeering acts to include murders, bombings, drug trafficking, extortion, firearms violations, other acts of violence and mooning.

Shannon-Smith was allegedly involved in the murders of two Stupid members and may have participated in the 'blowing of rasberries' at a rival motorcycle club member. The indictment alleges that he ordered the bombings of rival motorcycle clubhouses.

REMARKS

Shannon-Smith heads the Stupid operations in more than 30 cities in the United States and some 20 chapters in at least four other countries. Shannon-Smith may be guarded by members of the Stupids.

Shannon-Smith has multiple stick on tattoos reflecting his association with the Stupid Motorcycle Club. He has tattoos on his back and upper right arm of a skull and crossed pistons with the words "i am a stupid" in black above and the word "twonk!" in black below. He also has a BCG tattoo on his right arm, a "Max Lego figure" on his left forearm, and several other stick on tattoos on both arms. Shannon-Smith has plastacine on his chin, right arm, and abdomen and sometimes has a drawn mustache, goatee, or beard.
